TERRIORD was founded in 2017, by Urban Architect Filipa Dinis, with extensive experience in projects in national and international territory.

It is a project company specialized in the areas of spatial planning and urban planning, whose mission is to mission the development of solutions suited to the specific needs of clients, based on a deep knowledge of legislation and procedural requirements, contributing to the improvement of territorial management in light of the premises of sustainable development.

The company is governed by values ​​such as rigor, quality and excellence, guaranteeing its clients full support throughout all phases of the project and, above all, total satisfaction with the final result.

It has a multidisciplinary technical team, with more than 20 years of experience and qualifications appropriate to the different areas of specialization, made up of urban architects, landscape architects, geographers and engineers.

We execute Territorial Management Instruments (PDM, PU and PP), Execution Units, Allotment Operations, Urban Studies and Construction Feasibility Studies.
